Is it that everyone slanders him? If so it’s cause he’s kind of a walking target.

The one and only

I just find it funny that it’s in every single one of my Morden posts :sob::sob:
(Don’t get me wrong I love reading them they’re always so funny)

Now we understand why the Order tortured him

It’s just really unfortunate circumstances for him. He decides we should split at the start of the game which was probably the right call since the order could have easily still been on our tails, but it comes off like he’s just ditching us. He ditches us at Fort Talos, which again probably the right call as he needs to get the death curse before Calvus, but it still feels pretty bad for the player. I think he did decent at the Castello, but other people might not see him stalemating someone who had a curse much longer than him as a good thing like I do and might find Morden disappointing since he had a stronger curse. The real nail in the coffin though was probably him deciding he didn’t want to fight at the forest of masts, which character wise is understandable, but for the player who’s essentially picking up the slack for him this can easily result in some negative feelings towards him.

He just gave the playerbase a ton of ammo to work with for slander against him, and people are not gonna let that go to waste. And you’re totally right it is very funny.

When you’re so traumatized by your friend’s death that you refuse to kill people and get your other friend killed:

I still have mixed feelings with him, but i’m pretty sure morden is a good person in general. however, that the fort talos arc is like
“Save someone or let the godly curse be in the wrong hand” which is very hard decision to pick, but the godly curse had so much consequences in the end.

but at least morden is still putting effort to wrote a note to the player, instead of just abandoning us there.

The community has built Morden with more personality than the 10 minute screentime he got.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s basically the same for like the entire freaking crew, we’re in our humble beginnings and whatnot.

But this guy is supposed to be who we have the closest connection to and somehow he’s the stalest godamn bread death curse wielding ass pacifist potential man looking goofy emo depression coded greater good ditching dialogue filled marker point cool wannabe tucker missing gravedigging unknown past broken bird sorry mf ever.

I love him but holy shit he…
He needs a redemption arc :sob::sob:

OH SO THAT’S WHY PPL ARE CALLING HIM A CARDBOARD HAHAHAHA :sob::sob::sob:
(No way this is an actual sentence??)

The community just has so much ideas for him as a character :sob::sob:
Like, I love them all, actually made Morden more lively xd (I still love in-game Morden but my boy needs justice)
Also the names :skull::skull:

what if morden formed his death curse into a tail and ears, it would be like his curse awakening, taht would be an interesting development

So you get a curse awakening when you become a furry-

“neviro, how big is morden’s tail?”
