How did this Vatrachos Chestplate turn out with these stats?

Id assume the +size is from it being with an atlantean modifier
You have two gems slots left on it, add agility and attack speed to it for crazier stats

Note that Atlantean’s effectiveness is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced on Vatrachos pieces, because alt stats are only granted at 50% efficacy compared to Power and Defense
Atlantean can grant 12 Power, 108 Defense (if my math is right), which should mean 36 Magic Size, but…
yea I hope atlantean is buffed on vatrachos because +18 magic size for 1 perm insanity is really not worth it.
I could get that out of 2 gems and gain a handful more power/defense with it and get a useful secondary effect with no downside.
