Yeah Cursebeard lowkey an opp. From what the Lore Doc said, Prometheus and Humanity as a whole was actually going to win the war against the other Gods, UNTIL Cursebeard and HIS God Friends attacked Prometheus.
So yeah, theres definitely an alternate universe where its the good ending and the Golden Age of Magic never ended. tldr: Cursebeard is the bad guy
Ok true, but hereās the thing. Hades, warden of the underworld, is dead
Nothing is stopping the most powerful human to ever live from just waltzing out except maybe Cerberus, but cursebeard can easily kill him. Iād assume the person known for rebelling against the gods wouldnāt stop rebelling against the gods when it benefits him the most.
I donāt think Hades has been killed yet during Arcane Odysseyās story last I checked
