the new mario game looks nice, it seems creative
good to know that we are actually getting 2 new pikmin for pikmin 4, was kinda worried we’d only be getting ice pikmin
very excited for the new splatfest in splatoon 3, i might actually be able to play it since it’s summer now

they didnt announce mario odyssey 2, mother 4, tomodachi life 2, silksong, tears of the kingdom sequel, new f-zero game and a tf2 update

didnt care much about pikmin 4 at first because it seemed to be an even easier version of pikmin 3, with a dog that’s only there to be op and cute
but i guess the content makes up for it. pikmin 3 was super short, you could buy the game for like 60$ today and finish it in maybe 2 hours, so i dont say no to night levels and bringing caves back

I’ve been waiting for metal gear ports for half my life so I’m pretty happy. Hope they run well though.

- Mariokart DLC has three new characters and my favorite is probably wiggler for how silly he looked when he got hit. Kamek and Petey piranha we’re both really cool too. Also, they turned the suds into a Mariokart track.

It looks like you can use the species from pikmin 2 and 3 inside the caves, and those things look expansive. I wonder how they’ll make us use them.

Why the heck was an olimin from the Andy ending of pikmin 1 in the game? Well I guess you can play bingo battle against him so I don’t care.
Yeah pikmin 4 will be incredible I just can’t wait for the game to come out. I mostly found out about the aeries when my parents got pikmin 3 on the Wii U for me on my birthday, and I actually enjoyed the game! So I stuck with the franchise until now.
The bad/Awful:
- Zelda fans got kinda cheated (but I mean they didn’t really need anything with TotK’s release last month)
- Splatoon fans were also cheated (Just a splatfest and no sneak peeks on the second DLC?)
- Opening the direct with Pokémid Scarred it and violent, both massively insurmountable enormous L games (Both ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE GAMES and I’m saying the from EXPERIENCE - I’ve played the game myself and the only fun part of the game was sweeping the last trainer in my road, since I was finally able to stop enslaving myself to play Pokémon. I don’t want to touch another Pokémon game man.)
- Cool, a new sonic game. Can’t wait to see them screw it up!
- Just dance? How about Just touch some grass?
- WAY TOO MUCH FILLER CONTENT. WHO CARES ABOUT ALL THE ANIME AND DANCING GAMES?
Though honestly all you need to do to make me satisfied with a direct is just show me an update to Pikmin 4’s development and maybe something else I like, and I’ll be happy.
It’s left me on a cliffhanger for 4 goddam years it’s time it explains what the hell happened next

Very excited for the Pokemon DLC, and I like the idea of a new Detective Pikachu game, but it still looks like a 3DS game. Holy hell, took me Sword and Shield, BDSP, Legends: Arceus, and Scarlet/Violet to say that for the first time. I am the exact reason why Pokemon games are the way they are right now, which is very sad.
Sort of indifferent to Pikmin 4, since the only game in the series I’ve played is Hey! Pikmin, from when Nintendo was pumping out 2D Platformer after 2D Platformer (and when they effectively killed Chibi-Robo).
There were some games I couldn’t be payed to care about, but my limited memory span already made me forget what they were, other than Just Dance. Just Dance is like the ball dropping on Times Square; it’s not something everybody wants to see, but it’s an inevitability at this rate. I just wish there were more songs from the Rock and Metal genres so I could actually be interested.
