Thoughts on Wakanda Forever?

watched it yesterday and found it pretty long-winded and poorly paced. the cgi was really questionable at times and certain costume designs were not quite right.

bonus: ended the movie with a headache and nausea

what are your thoughts to those who have seen it? spoilers please mark with blurred text

Ngl I think to much people died

My criticisms:

I felt as though it relied heavily too much on the first movie. Also, I found the main antagonist to be a bit too OP and the whole race in general brings up a lot of questions. Also, a lot of characters died, but one of the character’s death (The Queen) seemed too unnecessary for the story and seemed to have been added for extra dramatic effect, especially since another character was in the same predicament as her but somehow lived. There was also this one character, who I guess is important to the story, but they really weren’t all that useful, especially since they’re made out to be this super smart student (their backstory as to how they made the vibranium machine made no sense)

i am fully honest and serious and sincere when i say their explanation was:

Arcane Odyssey cinematic universe when?

i watched it with my family and when the scene where the queen died came on my mom said “well they’re just having a really shitty 2 years arent they”

Personally After watching it myself I want to go knock some sense into Quetzalcoatl, then I want to teach him what a true dragon is and bury him at the bottom of the sea.
the world changes man, stop being so isolated.

kukulkan is honestly nothing like a dragon and doesn’t deserve the honor of being held to such standards. i would have relished to see shuri strip him of his wings completely and humble him some. he is no god and he is not dragon. the Great Protector (and even the Dweller) can be considered a real dragon far over kukulkan, who sullies the title completely

the Great Protector is a benevolent eastern dragonas in most eastern folktales, while the dweller is an evil dragon from the European folktales, at least that’s how I consider it.

I can’t help but agree.
