Top Kek, itโs Suncry. even if itโs not perfect, I still think that out of the more widely-known Guilds, itโs probably one of the best.

Iโm in Suncry too, they just started a tournament yesterday.
Iโm looking for a guild of friends, where we can build our guild slowly preferably with which I feel really comfortable speaking Spanish, a Hispanic guild that focuses on building its base and building its characters apart from helping new players
I would say that I strive for a guild that has:

A smart and competent leader/owner that thinks before doing stuff and doesnโt try to hide from their own mistakes and admits when they are/have done something wrong.

A guild that doesnโt try too hard with โPlatoonsโ and โArmiesโ such as โGround troopsโ and โPlatoon Leadersโ When IF there was a war it would defenetively not be like any real war and more of a pvp tournament.

If a guild has a discord server then keep it neat and simple, take vetexโs server for example, very few chatrooms as more arenโt needed instead of having 3 different chats just to talk such as โOff-Duty, Guild-Chat and Generalโ As we all know that either General or Guild-Chat will be the only one used.

The guild should be creative, unlike Doge Nation or Lotus Order as both are very uncreative names. Think of something that hasnโt been done before and donโt copy or take anything from AA.

Mild advertising such as rarely posting global messages unlike Lotus order or Exalted and not blasting the guild into other peoples faces.

If Iโm joining the guild or participating in something then I want something in return instead of a โGood job!โ.

Guild member should not be total dicks to other people just because they either arent in the guild or dislike the guild. (Worst example of this is Noble Phantasm/Inquisition)

I have heard of suncry but thatโs about it. 
A lot of guilds try too hard to either pack their guild with bots to boast โactivityโ by spamming ads, or on the opposite spectrum, take an elitist approach and trash on other people. Both can be pretty toxic, a fine balance works best imo. Honestly the best thing about guilds is building a community of players you genuinely enjoy playing with

@Remnada Agreed. I definitely donโt like guilds that are toxic, as do most people. Striking a balance is hard, especially since there is not much content in-game for guilds to take part in. As you said, the best part is building a community that you actively enjoy being around, and I think that is what being in a guild is all about.

- Classic guild stucture (i.e. GM>officers>members). No fancy divisions or anything
- Cool people who you chill with outside of guild stuff
- Simple discord (not a million channels, 2 of which are only used)
- PVP
- Community events
- Not a mega guild thats constantly spamming global messages
- EST or 2 hour time difference at most
