That actually explains the whole situation.
situation? now iโm just curious
Homies
Guilds should be focused on having fun, if youre just playing for PVP youre not going to get anywhere. Be creative, try and be uniqueโฆ My guild once did a hide and seek event over the whole map where we would have to find our guild leader with riddles, they liked it much more than our PVP stuff
the main thing i would look for in a guild is respect even of other guilds, donโt raid their events, its their business , they have worked hard to gather these people and someone comes along just to ruin their events like tournaments, an ffa and a 1 v 1. and if they are trying to apologise donโt accept it then continue doing these things if you are going to accept an apology then donโt undo it i am not mentioning any guild names here but that is what I think
See, the first thing I go around by wondering is why have guilds as of now? There is no official content for it as of yet and I do not understand why so many guilds are arising. Personally, I believe many of the โguildsโ arising should not be called so, and instead be specified as โspecialized clansโ and parties of such as the actual game has no functional place for them. However, understandably, there is the preparation towards the future which is universally acceptable.
Something that really bugs me as well as a lot of other people, is how they recruit people. Endlessly are the global messages of the richest member in the guild being sent giving a โbackstoryโ to the guild which sounds awesome but gives no implementation. Then come the promises of โget better at this, get more of that, get recognized thisโ when it just never happens. Whatโs also an annoying thing is the play on words that can entice younger audiences without them realizing. I personally believe many of the guilds should chill out for now and stop the mass recruiting, but instead just take the game as itโs early stage, and play on with it.
Yeah, right now, technically theres no use for guilds, since there are no features centered around them. However people like to have fun together so they do events. Playing an MMO alone gets boring, you know?
As for the mass recruitingโฆ
Yeah. I fully agree.
There will be features around them, after story update itโs guilds update
i want money
just kidding i swear im not corrupt and wanting to fuel my enchanted sets
Ima just uhโฆ cough cough stealโฆ I uh mean, borrow, that idea.
Totally agree. I also wish some guild groups would not jump random players for casually walking by them. Like they are just walking why you gotta kill em.
I love you, no homo. You have summed up exactly what I am thinking and telling other guilds. There really is no need for guilds to exist right now as there is no content for them. I am not saying that people need to stop being in a guild or even create one, I just think that guilds need to focus on what they want once the feature is added in-game.
ALL THE MAJOR GUILDS:
We must recruit the masses
MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
YES
I too want money, pls giveโฆ
Just people too hang out with
Functional people
Imposible
cough cough The Back Bulls are what you are looking for cough cough
Well you hit all the targets I had on my list. Well spoken!
This is really understandable and I agree 100%. The first guild I was invited to:
โOh wow this looks cool Iโll join so I donโt look meanโ
(Proceeds to lose touch due to lack of events or content asides from memes in chat)
Second time (Villain rep this time):
โDang these guys are organized and strict! Maybe this will go somewhere!โ
(Guild basically goes into hibernation and becomes dead.)
Third time:
โOK this is kinda getting repetitive maybe I should try this guild?โ
(Misses all guild meets due to timezone, eventually leaves)
Moral of (my) the story is that with guilds you can find other people to play the game with (maybe), but that wonโt mean it leads anywhere asides from playing with other people. In the end I think Iโll just go solo until guilds are actually released. Thereโs really not much besides that that you can do.
