is there any reason for why vetex decided to skip so many balance changes this time? I thought he had generally been getting better at implementing them, until now.
stocksounds, the difference between reflexes is insane right now. Having a tp reflex is equivilant to or better than having 150+ agility on something with a burst reflex. I would go to say they are nearly as they aren’t that worse compared to when we had 2 reflexes.
