That’s a big L for you since sunken are gonna go down in value and many of the bosses have better armors
actually only king calvus has better armour and even then its not that much better. Depending on your preference you could run sunken over calvus’s gear
But you wouldn’t go out and trade 17 seasonal for a piece of cavus gear

but sunkens going down in value is gonna have to wait till it actually gets outclassed (also in defense + magic size), which it hasnt been so far
There are many factors that will make sunken items go down . For example the auto fishing thing that might get added on the boat and how they are almost already outclassed by current armor
if that gets added then ye their value likely will go down by a good bit. But so far its only an idea so you cant be certain off it
they arent almost outclassed tho? Theres one set that can compete with sunkens for best set in the game, which would be king calvus’s gear and the stats it gives are different apart from them both giving size
Yeah i see what you mean but its just a bad trade in my opinion and if you really want that much defense you could just use an alternative because I’m sure there are armors in the game that can get you similar defense to sunken
