The current headless icon looks very silly indeed, it’s just plain nothing. It’d be fair to even call it lazy but we all know that wouldn’t be the case cause vetex puts a lot of effort in these things.
Proposal:
Make the headless head icon look something like this.
This makes it so that I atleast can look for what I wan’t. I always skip over it when looking for it.

To clarify, you’re referring to its icon in the inventory and not its actual appearance in the character, right? If so, I think a faint outline would work better.
