Ultimate arts being separate from regular moves?

Do you guys think Ultimate art skills on magic and FS would be interesting if it was it’s own spell scroll / tech scroll?

Few skills (surge, pulsar) can at times be game changing moves, These moves also have ultimate versions which could cause future problems such as, duo mages using an ultimate pulsar or surge with a very strong synergy

Stuff like this would be noticeable when the game progresses alot more with tiers going up and so i was wonder what people would feel if vetex randomly announced revamping it to make ultimate arts it’s own skill type

Would you like the idea? or would you prefer it how it is?

The thought of receiving an ultimate art surge from the front and back terrifies me

I’ve always though it would be interesting if there was a spell/technique that was always an ultimate art.
