will there be a ultimate art style buff system for fighting styles?

I don’t exactly know all the names of the skills, but the word “techniques” is used in fighting styles. So the question about weapons is still open. (Correct me if im wrong).
ultimate art is just: choose a weapon skill, it bigger and deals more damage.
Nope. Weapon ultimate arts are the last skill you would unlock and they are unique to each weapon (not weapon type but each individual weapon)
i slaughtered them, not just the men. but the women and the children. I slaughtered them like animals.
For weapons it different, each weapon has a unique ultimate even if they are the same weapon type

Now you can do an ultimate art rushdown and actually beat someone to death 
weapon ults are just the 5th weapon skill (simplest way of putting it)
