roblox fucking sucks and all the good, high quality or fun games are considered hidden gems, so share games you like playing and deem underrated here
i’ll start with the obvious one, arcane odyssey is pretty underrated for roblox standards but i guess it makes sense since it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea
other games i find super underrated are:
randomly generated droids - some of you probably know this one and everyone here agrees that game can be pretty fun and is very underrated
undertale last corridor - lalala undertale asym game, pretty fun and has really great ost and amazing models
super doomspire - doomspire but if it was made in uhhh 2023 idfk i find that game pretty fun but i think it’s not receiving any updates so it’s kind of dying
Obligatory Entry Point, Operators, and Entry Point: Freelancer’s Cut* plug. A series of first/third person heist games by the magnificently talented cishshato. Fantastic story and game play in the original Entry Point which is only improved upon by its successors. Seriously if you haven’t tried it out, I implore you to, though it may be a bit buggy from lack of updates.
*Only get FC if you actually enjoy the first two games enough to drop 400 robux.
Not a list in order from best to worst just a list of good games with low playercounts, dead multiplayer games will go below this list. (I mean the last three games are kinda meh but it’s whatever)
BOOST VECTOR - Ok so this one, I’d consider to be the best racing game I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. It is so good, it’s in my top 5 roblox games of all time and it’s my favorite racing game of all time. It’s kinda dead, but I do implore anyone reading this to play the game, or at least try it out. Also a remaster version coming to steam is in the works “BOOST VECTOR:EX” by Blockage. Check their game out on steam or something, they did a demo recently, it was fun.
neon❖Knights - Roguelite top down(ish) bullet hell dungeon clearer, it is incredibly well made for a roblox game, on par with many good indie games. The set design, effects, progression, is amazingly well made. Check it out.
Entry Point - If you consider AO underrated by roblox standards then this one is too. It is (mostly) a stealth espionage/assassination game. It might be my favorite roblox game on the platform. It’s actually phenomenal. A remake by the same creator, Cishshato, is coming soon. I think it’s called Entry Point: Freelancer’s Cut.
HOURS - I feel like most people here know this one, but it’s a single player roguelite PVE game. Play with different hosts and use tempos which are mostly jojo’s references. Very fun honestly.
Voxlblade - It’s quite the standard rpg (not by roblox standards), upgrading your sword is how you progress and you can mix and match the blade, hilt and handle to make quite a lot of variation honestly, combined with your armor and equipment/arts selection there are so many unique things people can do. I only played it a bit on release and I played a lot of the original version. I didn’t get too into the remake however, but I know that the remake is quality
Arcane Lineage - It’s another roguelite, but it’s also a roguelineagelike, but instead of being a fighting game it’s a pve turn based rpg. Has a lot of build variety despite being locked to classes, and it actually does require a brain at times. Also there’s quick time events to dodge and attack.
Critical Strike - It’s a stock standard fighting game where you pick between multiple different characters with multiple abilities and beat the crap out of each other in the arena in different gamemodes. Old owner was a weirdo so a new dev team took over and it still gets updates to this day.
Any critical adventure type game - literally almost any rpg that when interacting with a mob, puts you into a circular arena/bullet hell arena where you have to jump and hit symbols to trigger an attack. At their peak, these types of games were my most nostalgic moments of my childhood. Too bad the critical curse struck literally all of them. Such good games though.
The Final Stand 2 - Stock standard wave survival game with perks, many different weapons and playstyles and a lot of different maps with different functionality and enemies. Very fun with friends literally had the best time of my life with them there. Idk how it’s holding up now but it still is getting updated.
Adventure Forward 2 Restored - It’s a decent single-player platformer with a decent story, I never played AF1 though. I had a fun time with this one many years back. I finished the entire game and left. It’s a restore of a now taken down game because the owner was a weirdo, but a different team took the game. It is still maintained and functional today.
Devilheart/Devilheart Classic - In it’s current state its basically a large demo of sorts, it has two sections with multiple levels and fun final bosses. It is a top down bullet hell game that was cancelled on roblox because single player games are not profitable. The dev may make it off roblox at some point. I do not know if it is currently still playable, as the dev has deleted their roblox account. However some animations are broken and sounds are too.
