The Virtous starfish on the shoulder of the Beast can be used to Control other atlanteans, Cutting just one peice of the Starfish will grow a new one instaneously, and allow it to Control an army of Atlanteans at its will, to prepare for the return of the plant atlantean.

also like he’s currently sane, and using starfish biology, cloned his starfish, and used the starfish to mindcontrol/enslave an army of Atlanteans, so you’d have to get through em too
