Do the gems have a use or can i just sell them?

sell them they give a pretty good amount of galleons (they might have a use in the far future but idk)

Gem infusion system was kn the trello if i remember correctly.
There’s actually a secret implementation of gems that most players don’t know about that Vetex snuck in. Since you’ve collected all 7 of the chaos emeralds, you’re actually able to turn into Super Sonic by placing the gems around you. I suggest since the transformation doesn’t last that long that you can use them before a boss fight such as for King Calvus. Hope this helps
