Title is self-explanatory—I just tried to upload several images, including ones I had uploaded here in the past, and it wouldn’t let me. The error code said something about there not being enough space on the device. I tested with my phone and got the same issue.
I presume that the “device” being referred to may be this forum’s servers, and that it’s hit a data limit. If that isn’t the case, then I have no idea what’s going on.
