Valencia, The Grand Admiral

Got the pleasure of drawing one of the Arcane Adventures lore characters.

Valencia is the Grand Admiral of the government force in AA which means she is at the very top of the hierarchy, she is cold, apathetic, ruthless, and calculating but extremely logical. She has the shockwave curse which emits blast waves from her body causing damage in a wide radius
