The innate lifesteal gets hard-nerfed into barely noticeable a week after it drops while the speed debuff from being out in sunlight remains the same
Vampirism will let you have laser eyes and ice powers, also you suck blood through your fingers, but then they will add a fighting style “hamon” which debuffs vampires
I assume it’ll be really meta to bounty hunters exclusively, and those people will just leave the game when it’s day time
after regen got reworked into life steal i thought vampirisim was changed to just no longer be smth planned
(Juggernauts with vampire + spirit boosting life steal + the actual stat itself adding ontop)

Honestly they should rework the idea to regen from bleed damage, to make it more unique from just normal jugg
They get regen (actually regen) based on how high their blood bar is and at max blood you get 30% lifesteal and 120% regen(or like around you heal 5 hp every 2 seconds)
