But anyways, you shouldn’t generalise the game like that you know…? It’s not even the game’s fault itself that there are pedos or little kids that play that game. Do you think that they think something like “YES! THERE ARE MORE PEDOS IN OUR GAME SO COOL :D” (They don’t.) It’s a game that definitely took time and effort to make. Making a game ain’t easy, and I’m sure that the devs definitely have their share of experience in scripting, coding, and all that jazz.
Here, I’ll even give you an example:
Let’s compare a game like Adopt Me and … uhh… idk… The Wild West
These 2 games are completelyyy different. Adopt Me is a game that encourages imagination and prefers gameplay mechanics such as roleplay mechanics and colorful style to make the game joyful. It has no action whatsoever and the experience mostly depends on who you’re playing with.
The Wild West is a fast-paced cowboy action game which has guns, guns, dynamites, lassos, horses, all that stuff. It’s mostly made of, shooting, arresting, going to jail. It has good gun fighting and great animations. It’s especially fun to play with friends.
If someone is a pro in The Wild West player, he basically plays that game almost everyday and is crazy with it, he is maxed in everything, is the best in pvp, has the best clothing and gun, etc. If someone starts talking to him about Adopt Me: “Hey, look at this game, its pretty fun!” He wouldn’t really care, right? Since its not his type of game. BUT! If he actually looks into the game, and then sees all the features and diversity, he would think something like “Oh, this game is pretty good!” But that wouldn’t mean that he would start playing it regularly, he simply acknowledged the fact that it was a well-made game.
The same thing would happen if someone who loved Adopt Me played The Wild West. It’s simply respecting a developer’s effort, and acknowledging a game that took effort to make.
But, what would happen if one of them didn’t like the game? “Ugh, this game really isn’t for me…” Right? But would that mean they would completely ignore all the efforts made by the developpers to try delivering something promising? Of course not. They just don’t like the game because it’s not their style, not because it’s “trash” . You get what i mean?
Of course, if you play some really shitty, copy-pasted obby game that was made for the sole purpose of scamming kids into spending robux… Then of course anyone would say “What the hell, this game is dogshit!” And they would be right, because it didn’t take effort and creativity to make.
But yeah I hope I atleast made you open up your heart a little. If you still decide to hate Adopt Me, then go on, I won’t hate you and say “FUC U HATER”. Disliking a game is perfectly fine, but sending hate and insults to creators is bad, and no one deserves that. I was arguing and insulting you as well but by doing that I ended up completely forgetting what I wanted to originally.
But yeah, this whole reply was all about fair critism and respect. If you’re angry about what I say and decide to insult me, I won’t reply. If you wanna argue in a fair and respectful way then I’m always chill with that.
