Ok so if most states had an army but the Prussian army had a state does that mean if I were to overthrow the Prussian military would I also be dissolving the state?
no bec you have to overthrow it with your army which takes control of the state
then you decide what happens to the state like whether you dissolve it or just keep it as is while making your reforms

well if you overthrew them, you’d be in charge of the state, and could dissolve it as you please
