I have seen a developer appreciation post but this one seems very more focused in the other devs rather than Vetex.
Now yes there has been some mishaps made by Vetex but he has gone back on them, but i think we are all forgetting something important
He’s the one who hires the great moochezz and other great devs you pray to every day.
Moochezz? From Arcane Sandbox, he was hired by vetex after he saw his potential, FlameEmber? (I have no idea if he was actually hired but still), also hired by Vetex
He controls everything, and well, that includes who works for the game and who doesn’t.

He just… really needs to work on how he responds to people. Especially people who are deliberately trying to piss him off.
better than some, there are devs out there who ban people for giving even the slightest amount of criticism, even if its good and worded in a friendly way
Yes but its far from ideal.
He’s basically alienated himself from the majority of his community because of a couple assholes.
Admittedly more than a couple, but a vast minority nonetheless.
His occasional response rants are also devastating to his image when he could and should just ban the asshole in question on the spot without a word and go on with his day.
Really appreciate his dedication for making a f2p game in an era of p2w, sneakiness, and exploitation of the player base while also still doing what he loves, an honourful fellow
genuinely the most P2W thing he’s done is adding a product for changing your magic, and that was only because people are too damn lazy to look for it manually

changing your magic is not p2w since it doesnt put you in a place better than other people. I dont understand why would changing your magic would be p2w where you can change it by just hecate essence or a new file
A lot of people are ragging on Vetex for responding to humans with… well, very human responses. I like that he does, he reminds me of many college kids I met on Discord and elsewhere.
I’m frankly sick of seeing so many emotionless squares in positions of moderation, and seeing a developer like him talk unfiltered as you’d expect from a college-age kid is a fresh breath of air.
