It’d be useless for people to stay max level and breeze through story, plus most would get overwhelmed from the new stat system
So therefore the game is more polished, and would be better. Besides, would you rather have a rushed new sea game or one that took time to develop the things to be better?
The open test is likely to happen before the game is full on released, and that would be good for getting more bugs fixed and feedback like Drrobinhood said.
But it is true, flight is just faster and more safe instead of boats like vetex said. It would just be abused by runners, and would just make transportation across water go away for people when they get a higher level.
Conclusion: quit complaining about things that get you clowned on by others super easily
