I thought powerfuls cost way more than two leg scales lol.
due to the leg scale wipe and the nerfs to luck 4 theyve skyrocketed in value so theyre like 15k+ each rn while powerful scrolls are at most 30k but usually sold for 25k

ah, i dont think its terrible. depends really on how badly you wanted the powerful scroll and how willing you were to let go of 2 legendary scales
L in my opinion. You can cook up a luck pot and use it to unload dark sealeds
