I’m a fire warlock, I used to run steam (any heat based magic x sailor makes it, and I didn’t really have any other options). unfortunately steam was ASS so I eventually switched off of it.
But I vaguely remember like a couple weeks ago seeing a patch note that said something about increased steam damage. Am I misremembering??
