Broadcast 1

This is a general broadcast regarding recent reports of injury or worse in everyday life use of magic and imbued tools, in specific regards to magic poisoning in food.

Here’s a general rundown of what NOT to do.

Do not imbue dining utensils, varying on what magic you use this can result in mild discomfort, inconvenience, severe discomfort, injury, and even death.

You shouldn’t imbue bottle openers, can openers, kitchen knives, and various other kitchen essentials as well.

As a general rule of thumb :
DO NOT imbue things that are in contact with food.
DO NOT imbue things that are in contact with drinks.

The only exception to this is life magic, as it has healing properties.
But other than that, there are no real exceptions to this rule.

Broadcast 2

This is a general broadcast regarding recent reports of injury or worse in everyday life use of magic and imbued tools, as the sports commission has asked us to report on the situation of magic being used to cheat in various games.

Don’t do that.

Avoid imbuement of sports equipment and avoid using aura as well.
Magically enhancing yourself beforehand is also considered cheating.

Not to mention, all sports featuring throwing have a chance for you to cause serious injury with imbuement.

Broadcast 3

This is a general broadcast regarding recent reports of injury or worse in everyday life use of magic and imbued tools, the recently formed medical advisory board has asked us to address the issue of an increase in patient deaths.

Recent investigations have led us to conclude the reason for this is the following :
Various workers in the medical field using imbued medical equipment.

We have made the following changes :
If you use imbued equipment on a medical exam, you’ll immediately fail.
Using imbued equipment will result in immediate termination of your medical license.

The only exception to these is life magic, but if you possess life magic you’ll be reassigned to a different sector entirely.

This is all important info but I feel that a broadcast is not the best way to do this. Maybe they should’ve been taught it in school. I mean, this is basic magic safety

This isn’t just basic magic safety

this is basic magic common sense

just like how social distancing was common sense during the epidemic
yet some people need it to be shouted in their faces over and over again
to do so

people just don’t learn

In that case a broadcast made more sense. Here, that has 2 problems: it’s not specific to the target group, and not everyone in the target group will receive it. If it was taught in school (especially if school is compulsory), you could be more thorough and more specific to the target group (magic users)

well i also started running out of ideas pretty quickly
so i have no idea what to do with the idea anymore, even though it started off good
you just kinda have your brain melt into mush
