I’ve gotten my awakening and I have to head back to wind-row, but every time I go back Warren isn’t there, but the icon is. I’ve left and rejoined servers about 3 times now. Even now I went back in a new server and he isn’t there. Only person that spawns in is Iris.
when you join the server, run to the shore of the island through the ravine, run back. if he’s not there repeat it until he is

I had the same thing happen to me I had to wait a while for him to spawn by running around the island. After a bit he eventually spawned.
