Unfortunately this would also kind of have the same effect, it’d look way more cluttered than it does now. I think they both are good vfx personally but they not only don’t fit AO but imo don’t fit any roblox game, especially not one where there’s already a ton of projectiles being thrown around and people zipping around the place during a fight
Flash step wouldn’t really need that, the shadow imbuement effect is pretty close to is already

No, that’s just a DoT field that you can just move out of the way of, they’re meant to be obstructive in the first place since that’s one of their entire gimmicks with being able to make DoT clouds, that and that’s always going to be a ranged thing and never concerns your visibility at all
