just curious tbh, apparently shatter was like the evolved form of it or so I’ve heard?

i dont remember seeing glass at all in any aa mutation charts, but it would make sense, as glass is close to sand magic and has similar properties to crystal magic, both of which are close to earth magic

I just don’t think it was a planned magic in AA at all. No mention of it or anything, kind of like ink or paper magic in WOM, or gold magic(except it wasn’t scrapped)

yeah I just assumed glass would be an earlier concept since it’s much more “regular” and similar to normal mutations than shatter magic

I still feel like canonically in-universe that glass magic and shatter magic aren’t related that much aside from their obvious, mutual similarities.

I mean glass magic being derived from shatter magic in-universe just feels dumb imo

This is almost all of AA’s initial magic concepts, if glass isn’t on this one nor the other magic charts then it likely wasn’t ever an AA concept
