I finally finished!
Yay!
I’ve had this want to make an epic poster for like forever. The first AO related art I did was also a freaking poster! (Down here is the poster in regard)
Look how far we’ve gotten huh!, they are not sticking together like glue anymore!
But up until that point, I wasn’t fully confident to attempt such a thing, since I wanted to put my whole heart into it, now that I have gotten more in tact with my skills and I’m ready to do it I began to plan it out.
I looked at a lot of iconic movie posters, y’know those ones who show a bunch of people since I needed to fit the main cast into the frame, but it was quite difficult since the dynamic composition of the poster is super important!
So I leaned some weight into warrens cape to cover the upper paper and let Lilly be at the other end to balance this whole thing out, so no edge left behind!! And it also guides the eye better.
I am also quite geeking about my lighting a bit since I mostly hesitate to shade more intensely, but I think it paid in the end! I also tried to add bounce light from the water and the fire magics! And the light point aswell.
And if you’ve been wondering, I managed to make the compass on the side and the water magic circle also on my own! (I’m scared of copyright man!)
I’m thinking of actually printing this too, Since It’s resolution is A4! And 300DPI. So It should work in theory!
