So, i’ve seen clips of it, and i KNOW eagle patrimony imbuement on water is supposed to make it paralyze on a second hit… but it doesn’t.
as seen in the clip, water imbued Spirit Blast functions normally.
Im very sure they didn’t remove it between 1.16 and 1.16.7, and f9 log doesn’t really show much.
