They’re not being accepted anymore cus they aren’t needed at the moment, over the past couple days the majority of suggestions have been “Something lost/primordial magic”. They’re irrelevant rn and it was starting to get out of hand so why wouldn’t they be banned for the time being? We’re just gonna continue to go around in circles
That’s why I stopped replying. We’re all repeating the same few points. Then Kandy came in with insults and lies so I joined in again.

The suggestion category was created and intended for the sake of you giving your ideas to vetex, and later he can sift through them marking the ones he likes. He is a busy dude and does not have time to sift through hundreds of suggestions that may be stupid and irrelevant. Primordials and Lost magics are those cases because he does not plan on adding any new ones anytime soon.
If you try to make the argument that you should still be able to post them so that if he does like them he can add them at a later time, this is still not a valid reason for letting you post them as you can just wait until he’s accepting more magic ideas and he’s wanting to create more.
He has a set plan of what Primordials/Lost magics need to be created and wont even accept suggestions from testers/mods so when you go on to say that they shouldn’t be banned, I find very stupid since he would have to look through a post that he would never consider adding in the first place. It just wastes his time and spams the entire suggestions category.
TDLR - Suggestions are for vetex to look through on stuff he wants to add, he has no intention of adding new primordials/lost magics until the current ones are developed.

Could we allow banned suggestions in #game-discussion, or a subcategory of #suggestions?
You could mute the subcategory and it wouldn’t show up when browing the main category. For vetex’s purposes, it’d effectively be like it didn’t exist.
The people who want to suggest magics just want a place to discuss them, and the people who want them banned just want a clean #suggestions category.
These aren’t conflicting ideas - I think we can get the best of both worlds here.

Discussing other magics in #game-discussion should be okay as long as its a discussion and not a suggestion… If it becomes a suggestion and people are starting to say vetex should add it or etc, then consequences can occur. Its better to just not do this as its pointless and there’s a chance you could be creating a suggestion when you think its clearly a discussion.
