Weapon skills that make sense on other weapons

There are many weapon skills that kind of make sense to be put on other weapons, also I feel like some can be justified. I wanna just write a few.

Single pistol: Hunter’s delta, sleight of hand, piercing shot

Musket: Gunner’s agility, multishot, Hunter’s delta

Axe: spiraling fury

Rapier: whirlwind, flying pheonix, some other sword skills

Spear: spiraling fury, incision

heavy cleaver: axe throw

hunters delta on guns seems like itd be aids since bullets are faster than arrows making the tracking actually good

Not really, rapiers are used for stabbing and thrusting. They technically do have at least one edge, but it’s usually so dull and unfit for slashing, it’s not even worth it.
Rapiers are far more similar to spears, tridents and other thrusting polearm weapons, than actual swords.

I see. But should that not mean that they should have something like whirling cyclone?

Multishot on a musket just defies the way a musket works :,)

I was thinking about the tip just swiping the air extremely fast that it mimicks a normal sword slash.

Like how you can swing a stick and hear a whirring sound

It also defies the way a flintlock works but that doesn’t stop it from being a thing

A lot of skill actually is viable if you use arcanium weapons if you think about it. Because if you were to use devastate on a one-handed sword, sure iron sword won’t do much but if that sword is channeling a lot of magic then those magic energy will compensate for it.

That would be nice, but it would be nicer if vetex allowed us TO PUT SPELLS ON OUR WEAPONS INSTEAD.
