sparrow thrust should be lower it’s good but it’s not that good against a lot of skilled players

whirlwind has mid numbers
B tier
twin crescents is just flying phoenix but worse
C tier
storm of arrows is impossible to hit

striking gale slow as balls
B tier
onslaught is a grab lol
automatic F tier
same with every other grab on this list
soaring eagle is really fast and pretty solid i MIGHT give it S tier but A tier is perfectly reasonable

raging impact is slow as balls
C tier
flash strike and mirrored river are decently hard to punish

beast instinct is C tier 
as a claw user that shit feels so ass except in very specific circumstances
spiralling fury gives godlike mobility, tho the hitbox is a bit jank
A tier for the mobility alone
case could be made for B tier tho
