I’m not sure if I’m stupid and this is intended (for some reason) or this is a bug, but has anyone else that’s using weapons noticed that upgrading a weapon has no visible effect? Nothing happens with the stats, there are no damage increases, and it seems like it’s a waste to pump money into.
Does it not increase the damage of the weapon’s skills? That’s what I assumed it would do
It hasn’t that I can tell. The only weapon damage increases I’ve been experiencing thus far are from investing into my own Weapons stat as I level.
I’d say get two of the same exact weapon, just different level, and test it out. Report your findings in Bug Reports and it’ll probably get situated.
The only way to boost damage is by leveling up. The only thing your stats determine, wise, is the ratio between weapons/strength/magic to vitality. You’ll do full damage with 30/30/30 strength/magic/weapons but you’ll do like half damage with 50/50 weapons/vitality.
