Anyone have any website links to stuff like item prices or jewel stuff? Im putting it all in a word document so i have everything when i need it. any link is useful

Don’t rely on the Value List, as it is not always accurate. You should ask around the forums for a bit to see a more accurate value.
actually just ask @Nuclearman7 (he is the wisened old wizard with wisdom beyond his years when it comes to trading and values)
