mayor tilly gets kidnapped SOLELY to get the island blockaded so we have to run away from the fleet. the kidnapper isnt remotely interesting as a character so i doubt they’ll ever come back (that said, neviro became a major character so its up in the air i guess)
also its funny that the kidnapper tells a sob story about him being poor and that hes the victim when hes ACTIVELY KIDNAPPING A HEAD OF GOVERNMENT like what was vetex thinking?? the worst part is that our character actually agrees with him what the fuck
