In order to get trust level to 2 I need 15 visits, now, does that mean views, or days visited?

Views are how many times your profile was viewed. Days visited is the number of days in which you logged onto the forum.

Yes. Just log onto the forum for 15 days and you will be promoted. You also need 1 like received.
