Genuinely curious to see what people want for vitality builds and what ideas you have
because personally spirit weapons seem to be more for knights than wardens in general or the problem that people don’t want it to be weapons but health so what are your ideas?
One option is giving wardens spirit energy or whatever tf you wanna call it which would be basically magic but with more unique properties
But to add my own twist to the idea I propose
spirit energy not only requires health to use its skills but has a chance to life steal essentially healing the user by a small amount when an attack lands
Another option is having spirit energy be basically fucking stands which I don’t mind
I was thinking of vitality-based builds reducing incoming damage with energy. (Example: I get hit by an attack that would do 200 damage, my energy goes down a little and instead of taking 200, I take like 180 or something). This would fit the whole “spirit energy” thing about vitality builds I believe.
The ability for Paladins to “break” their magic circles (in a toggleable fashion like imbues) and cast their magic the “Old way”, since they’re the only mages with enoug vitality to endure the strain. Maybe it’d completely stop HP regen but increase magic-stats or massively increase energy regen, or lower spell cooldowns.
Lore-wise, they wouldn’t be able to do the crazy stuff people used to do without magic circles in the past and still be locked to using their element due to how hard that way of casting spells is for someone used to magic circles.
Can’t be sure this would even be read by somebody, but I have some great ideas for vitality. I don’t want to write a lot without being sure anyone read it, so if any person is interested in my ideas, just answer this, I will often check for answers.
