I must also state the following: I’ve played Among Us once, and it sucked. It’s completely mindless until you find a body, and even if you’re an Impostor, there’s barely any strategy or brain usage involved.

and since it’s retro i might as well mash the two together like some unholy abomination and throw the phrase at things i dislike nevermind that there are significantly worse issues on the platform but no let’s just bully people using an aesthetic and let’s use a phrase so vague and prone to being mangled and fucked up by anyone who uses it that the definition can extend to “anyone i dislike who uses the r6 package”

honestly i have no clue why the forum echochamber in here suddenly began targetting forsaken for no reason (grow a garden and blox fruits 2 significantly worse games were defended)
like i have never played the game and i have no interest in it and the only time I ever had any interest in it was when i saw that they were going to add a proto man skin for one of the characters and i got interested and then a month came by and i checked the page and there was no proto man skin and turns out they fired the dude making the skin so it was really weird finding that out
but like outside of the playerbase that being a popular game gets (naturally more hazardous to be around than to be within a 2km radius of the chernobyl elephant’s foot) the game legit doesn’t look that bad like it’s just dbd with a clearly more character kit and teamwork focus which ironically is something i’ve been really invested in before with Dragon Ball The Breakers (which also unironic media opinion was a good and interesting take on a dragon ball game that at least isn’t “play through Z again”)
and I don’t see any compelling arguments against the game outside of surface level stuff like “it’s boring” or “it’s retroslop” and especially for the latter i think those are unfair and inherently biased criticisms of the game that don’t create any constructive feedback whatsoever

this is just untrue, it’s getting more sanitized each year. we don’t get anime like yosuga no sora, seitokai yakuindomo and hotd anymore (and many others but i would probably get banned if i mentioned them). the only degenerate anime released in the past couple of years i can think of are redo of healer, ishuzoku reviewers and the labyrinth harem.
