What are your unpopular opinions about ao?

i’ll start

  • lightning conjurer is cool
  • there should be more content / events encouraging world pvp
  • balance team isn’t nearly as bad as most people make them out to be
  • “is this build good?” 9 times out of 10 it’s a good build if it has over 700 EP
  • builds aren’t even that important anyway, at least in the current meta

I agree with all except the last one

well i mean if u only have t1 enchants that’s gonna make a big difference
specifically i meant the exact stats / class of a build isn’t that important as long as u have over 700 EP and are max level
everything’s viable

whats ep

efficiency points

what

it basically measure how many total stats a build has

how

like if you have 700 in any stat its good

let’s say a build has 50 atk size and 50 atk speed
the EP would be the total stats, so 100
if a build has 50 atk size and 50 power, the EP would be 200 since it takes sacrificing 3 substats worth to gain 1 power
(1 power = 3 EP)
i forgot the conversion rate for defense but i think it’s around 11 defense = 3 substats = 1 power

most builds have 700 - 800 EP and the most minmaxed have nearly 900

Metal conjurer is not only viable, but unironically good.

Also obligatory MODIFIERS BADDD :rage: >:(

first part no second part yes

It’s kos kiddo (how many times have I said that to you)

poor

vitality was a mistake. It should’ve been another generic stat instead of boosting people up to 4k hp while allowing them to shit out 200+ attacks with absurd imbue size

This is of the utmost importance, @bedwetter69 we have to know

wat

now that is a truly spicy opinion
i’m not entirely sure if i agree or disagree, but i will say vitality having a statpath wide gimmick helps with its identity, and i wish the other statpaths had their own unique passives to match
it would give each class a more discernible identity for sure
