ao pvp is too slow
it’s 9 defence for 3 sub for 1 power now
I really despise how lore and the world is heavily influenced instead of inspired by greek mythology, I’d like it better if I didnt have to google or have patreon for lore, like the stone tablets in ravenna or the entire lore with OF and AA.
they only mentioned some fountain on the tablets, basically useless.
OF and AA we’re connected but since they’re broken and unplayable, I think it wouldve been better if he had to rewrite the entire story instead, keep it basically the same but change up the details.
it also kinda bugged me how the arcane chronicles was just a 1 to 1 of the lore document, even mentioning dark matter in OUR universe, breaking immersion.
I think vetex should get a proof reader

The actual defense building part of the empires update has turned infamy into an afk sim.
Just look at AO’s top clan, goethic. They were already notorious for filling servers with just their members and afking for infamy and now being able to build defenses that are incredibly difficult to break through has made it easier. I’m starting to wonder if some of AO’s features are just to farm premium payouts, like fishing for sunken. -
The infamy gain from hunting players / taking islands should be increased. Why is the actual active task less rewarding than the inactive one? If I’m gonna bother to destroy the defenses I should be getting more.

As of now, PVP is arcane odyssey’s only real endgame, until we get more difficult bosses for pve. I think it would be cool if Vetex added randomly generated bosses to the dark sea.

Vetex should actually communicate with Arcane Odyssey’s content creators . I’m biased towards this but who cares? Even if he doesn’t want to do it himself, at least make someone you trust the content creator manager. Most Roblox games value their CCs, but me and the other
AO YouTubers are really just normal players. This isn’t to say give us stuff ingame, but a cool role in Vetcord + a videos channel for us to post AO videos in would be nice. The last time anything was said regarding them was with Vetex’s PvP rant, and I don’t think a strained relationship is a good idea considering we’re working with public information and not info from testers. I’m pretty sure selectorch was planning on asking for the videos channel, but clearly that isn’t possible anymore.
yeah, the guy in redwake says “ships commanded by forgotten legends o’ the sea” so random generated bosses on preset arena islands (such as something similar to aa judgement isle or a giant ship like with maria) would be cool

Vetex should accept or even double down on the fact his game is an umbalanced mess instead of the weird mess going on now. Honestly it’s not even that umbalanced (yet).
yk i easily get 120 fps and sub 100 ping in most other roblox games and 70 fps in minecraft with shaders
but noooo the moment i try to play ao without bloxstrap i get 30 fps and 200 ping in most servers
it is definitely an ao issue

It’d be like Pokemon where speed is still meta because you get your turn first if you have more speed.

Ok so there’s a dungeon in arcane reborn called “the pyramid of azten”, in it theres dozens of npcs that spawn to attack the player, no frame drops
In the prometheus dungeon theres legit 40 npcs just standing there and theres no lag at all, I know ao ai is more complex than ar ai but come the fuck on bro
some of it is from the absolute strain on the computer trying to render the sheer size of lb players on the bounty board/contract board
you CANNOT compare arcane reborn to ao lmao
Not saying the game is better than ao just saying that when the performance difference is this fucking huge its definitely not just a roblox issue, I suspect it’s something with the difference in npc ai
or maybe the fact that there are way more particle effects and other calculations being made when so many npcs attack you
ive got a godly pc though so i dont even get any lag at all, im not really not the right person to be discussing lag anyway
