Time Curse, if I may suggest.
Not necessarily in that it can cause Time Travel, but rather that it can age and bring youth to anything it effects, hence how it Revived Caesar.
The Sand aspect may come from the concept of an hourglass, which is full of sand, and probably existed when the curse was made.
When you die to the sand twister, it specifically says “Your body was lost to time”.

It’s probably not gonna be something called the time curse even if it is a curse relating to time purely because of the confusion it would cause
It says on the trello, he has the redacted curse that allowed him through a paradox to redact his own death, thereby bringing him back to life and letting him redact his own death
He has the power to redact any sort of information, thereby erasing it from collective memory, for example, by redacting a house, that house will still exist, but nobody will think of it as a house nor remember it as one
