Oddly enough, they’re almost the same ones used in the Epicenter, which just makes me think it’s either a Dark Sea-themed version of storm or that it might even be absorbtion??? Although from how Nilah talks about him, I doubt he’s a brand-new curse user, like he would have to be if he had that.
Edit to add: the light ball on his cape also looks a bit like the ones that appear in the Epicenter, if you can see through all the clouds. Just food for thought

I’m having a little trouble recalling, what other storm related users are there? All I can think of is the Leviathan side boss using storm magic. I guess if we count individual parts of a storm there’s Elius, Donar, and Beringer too though I feel like there’s a pretty stark contrast between the lightning guys’ and the cloud guy’s power.
we can actually scale him above morden because on this, we know morden is about on par with julian seeing as their fight ended in a draw. so Akeem must have curse strong than a lesser lost with more experience then julian. I would scale his curse to be combat oriented if he can go take a son of Wotan as even Warren stated he’d have trouble (he has the inferno curse or some sort of inheritance, no magic user could take on the sons of wotan)
sameria or wtv i forgot would be getting frauded if it weren’t for main cast.
supposing that Keraxe having no quarrels with any other kingdoms and could focus atleast 80% of their total power on Sameria would win quite easily.
5 curse users, 3 of which are lost magics(not necessarily stronger than base curses but just saying) being generous and putting 1 - 2 curse users to defend other areas incase of attack they still have 3 - 4 curse users compared to Sameria’s 2.
With how powerful everyone said Wotan is and sure power through their Son’s sameria would be done for.
