So like, at the end of the story, we kill Calvus and stuff.
I’ve been wondering though, what exactly did Calvus do that was so bad that we shouldn’t let him live?
Like, some players progress through the story as a Bad Rep, and have super high kill counts as well. What makes the King worse than us?
he posted cringe
Torture of their own people, corrupted kingdom, affiliation with the order, executions of innocents
fish did you not read any of the story
Thats a heavy sin for not reading the lore
I wish we had a gory kill option so calvus got what he deserved while dying
Like we tied him on a cross…
and forcefed him lima beans until he died…
lima beans are good tho
Unsalted lima beans…
from a can…
like spongebob…
isn’t that like every king in history though
It was just for the order and I believe it had something to do with the death curse
I don remember shit
spongebob is very salted
HAVE YOU NOT SEEN THE FUCKING EPISODE
He ordered the ganking of berginer, then ordered agros to torture him
As well as abuse power on the orders behalf
Maybe speedrun another file and read dialogue
Executed and tortured innocent civilians (including iris’ dad btw) on the order’s behalf
Blud got a good lawyer
yes.
not sure how that means he didn’t deserve to die though.
- comes from a long line of oppressors who have a history of covering up their actions (explained during the mines)
- creates empty promises (tiberia)
- association with the shadow goverment (aesir)
- execution of innocents (you read the lore… you know)
You’ll notice there aren’t really many monarchies anymore
- Apart of the order, which are basically people who are willing to do whatever it takes to enhance the power of magic and aren’t above committing war crimes (And a High Lord at that).
- Neglected the district of Tiberia(Is that how you spell it?), ignoring the poverty and famine going around that district (The place also faced discrimination from other districts. This eventually led to some of the citizens kidnapping Mayor Tilly, which probably wouldn’t have sat well with the Navy should something had happened to her).
- Enslaved a bunch of people to mine bronze and subjecting them to bad treatment (Some shouldn’t have been there in the first place).
- Kidnapped, possibly tortured, and executed around 20-30 innocent people, including Iris’s father and that cloud curse guy whose name I forgot. (Berginer, right?)
- Continued killing Winterveil refugees despite their kingdom wiped out and most of them being dead (You could consider this contributing to genocide).
Overall, Calvus was a bad guy.
