it’s a derivative of spinjitsu, so it’s basically another form of it
but the first spinjitzu master didn’t invent or even know how to use it
and im pretty sure it was sadly retconned out
just because the first guy didn’t make it doesn’t mean it’s not a variation
also yea, it’s kinda weird that they just stopped using it after a while
