I have not bought, and will not buy anything, for Black Friday. Most items are just said to be however percentage off, when it’s actually its original pricing. They raise the prices weeks before, only to lower them so that consumers “get a better price.” It’s one of the best psychological tactics by stores and I’m not that mad at it. For a basic breakdown, let’s say Target has a TV that originally costs $700. Weeks before Black Friday, they will intentionally raise the price of the TV to $1000. That way, once Black Friday rolls around, they can say that the TV is 30% off, when in reality, you’re buying its original sale of $700.
Also, have you seen the Walmart fight videos on YouTube? I don’t want to get caught up in that mess.
