What do i use for my third weapon slot (i'm a warrior)

I currently use dense scimitars, dense ravenna greatsword, and tempered atlantean claws. the third doesn’t really seem that great, and i’ve been searching for a third weapon for a while now. the triasta and staves are pretty mid too.

I dunno shields are pretty neat

yeah that’s what i was thinking, but i’m going to try musket first

plunderers/bronze flintlocks with power shot, multi shot, rapid fire and cheap shot
or a shield

I mean, I use an atlantean greatsword then a ravenna one. It afflicts bleeding and it’s my most damaging weapon, with the dense echantment and a few tweaks with the custom weapon update.

But for the third weapon, i’d go with @realisticbanana and @Lhama answer and go with a musket, bronze at best.

Musket or dual bronze flintlocks/plunderers, preferably Tempered

Musket is overall good for single shot damage, and Multi pistols are good for consistent hits provided you have good aim.
Plunderers is a Side-grade to the base dual bronze flintlocks, with .15 more attack speed and 4 hits at your disposal, but do note it deals slightly less damage.

Plunderers:

Pros:
4 m1s at disposal, great for spraying or consistent hits.
Greater burst damage
0.15 extra speed for more accuracy

Cons:
Less damage per individual attack

Dual bronze flintlocks:
pros:
Well rounded
Higher damage

Cons
Can be harder to aim
Less m1s.

It really depends on your aiming ability.

I would always use triasta as a warrior cause it’s very braindead. Its special move Eternal Flash or something is super unpredictable, nearly instant and free damage. That with piercing gale, sparrow thrust and impaling strike is just broken.

Ravenna greataxe is one of the best warrior weapons as well, which you already, same with scimitars.

Plunderers is insanely good for warrior as well, it really just depends on what you prefer.

i used to use staff, it was pretty bad after nerf

my aim is terrible for plunderers, i hit 0.5 out of 4 shots

i have triasta with that exact moveset, but the damage and size have just become… bad, somehow

think i’m gonna try plunderers, musket, and staves again

think i might go with iron staff because serene diligence

maybe i’ll replace my ravenna greatsword with atlantean, it seems good based on what you’re saying
