reasonability for me includes how much it would improve the game, how easy/difficult it would be to be integrated in the game, and how necessary it is.
quality includes how well formatted the suggestion is, and how unique and fleshed out the idea is.
effort also includes well formatting, but is mostly just things like how much research and consideration went into it and how long the suggestion was.
sometimes anyway. i’m very inconsistent when I rate.

i agree with a mix of both, however, my first choice would be what i voted for
Reasonability - How reasonable it would be to implement into the game and if it would make sense
Quality - How good is the suggestion formatted and if it gets to the point without being too long or too short
Effort - How good it was written like grammar and if good details were put into the suggestion for better understanding

How much the suggestion would improve the game is more of the “Reasonability” rating than “Quality”
I was going to make a site feedback post about how “Quality” is unclear and cite this poll as evidence that the rating system needs a rework. Then, an hour later, the entire suggestion category was annihilated so there goes that.
