For some reason, I honestly think it’s gonna be an EXP based system again for some reason just because of one keyword: Progression
Really just because I don’t see much of an any other way on how these two are progressed. So here’s what I am thinking it’d do:
Fishing: The rarity is slightly increased giving much better fish but consumes more bait the better the rod you use. The higher the progression the more different rods you’re able to use that have unique abilities. (Does not affect the chance of sunkens unless you’re using a different rod, very rod based)
Shovel Progression: Faster and gives slightly better treasure if you have a better chart such as legendary, meaning you’ll have better loot the more stages of charts you do unlike the current we have now. (Only affects Rare charts and above). You have much better navigating and skills when finding treasure, making it easier to for you to find the location (Better map explaining, easier position such as, north from Palo town, around sea level, next to the shore, near a coconut tree)
And will be upgraded through another EXP based system since it’s the only way I can think of, and if yall gonna be tryna get the most XP for this just remember, the fishing rod progression goes to alex just so this shit isn’t as original like warmwater said and not so competitive because now I am seeing how competitive and adrenaline rushing for a title is. Also alex was the one who made it first possible
