I myself prefer using swift for my attachments, because the reload is only 1 second. So I can just keep firing like it’s semi auto. I can shred most sea creatures before they even aggro.
They also fire fast enough that I don’t need to lead my shots. I just keep shooting in the same spot while a white eyes or obolus goes back and forth, never escaping the stunlock.

so do they turn into a machine gun?
nope its still a 1 second reload time and a waste of a brisk scroll 
swift is definitely king for the ship attachments. Whenever I’m on someone else’s boat and I man their swivel guns, it’s always crazy slow. Can’t live without it

i have a brisk one and i noticed it fires slightly faster, brisk should reduce reload time by 1.5 so that it fires twice as fast as swift
